Certified Mail:
A $3.00 shipping fee will be charged for certified mail. This option allows Creative Loafing to track your package. However, this option requires a signature upon delivery. When choosing this option, please adjust the shipping address accordingly (i.e. : ship to a business or leasing office).

Regular Mail:
By shipping your order through regular mail, Creative Loafing will not be responsible if lost. This option does not allow Creative Loafing to track your package. A $.40 shipping charge will be added, and replaces the $3.00 certified fee. If you wish to track your package, please choose the certified mail option.

Pick Up Option:
You can also choose to pick up your order from the Creative Loafing office (at the NC Music Factory - 820 Hamilton St., Ste. C-2 Charlotte, NC 28206, Hours 9-5pm Monday through Friday). All orders placed Monday - Thursday can be picked up the following business day after 2:00pm. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend can be picked up by 2:00 pm the following Monday (unless a holiday). No shipping charge will be added. Creative Loafing office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
